Skilllift Education operates www.skilllift.lk (the "Service"). If you are located outside Sri Lanka and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer data to Sri Lanka and process it there. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not transfer Personal Data to an organisation or country unless adequate controls are in place.

11. Your Data Protection Rights under CalOPPA
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). In particular:
- users can visit our site anonymously;
- our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on the home page;
- users will be notified of privacy policy changes on the Privacy Policy page;
- users can change their personal information by emailing info@skilllift.lk.
Do Not Track: We honour Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. You can enable or disable Do Not Track via your browser settings.
12. Your Data Protection Rights (CCPA)
